摘要
研究了淹水后不同耐涝性玉米(ZeamaysL)自交系根中几种酶的活性变化,结果表明:乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性显著增加,而谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)与过氧化物酶(POX)活性下降,淹水后,所有自交系NADP-苹果酸酶(ME)活性在两个耐涝性强的自交系中下降,但在耐涝性差的自交系中增加。同时讨论了玉米耐涝性与这4种酶之间的关系。
The changes of the activities of several enzymes under flooding in the roots of four maize (Zea mays L) inbred lines different in flooding tolerance were studied The results showed that in all maize inbred lines the activity of alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) increased greatly; the activities of both glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) and peroxidase(POX) decreased However, the activity of NADPmalic enzyme(ME) decreased in floodingtolerant inbreds, but increased in the inbreds with little tolerance The relationship between flooding tolerance and these enzymes in maize was also discussed
