玉米种质资源遗传力和遗传变异系数的研究

The Study on the Heritability and Coefficient of Hereditary Variation of Maize Variety Resources

对湖北省２０１份玉米种质资源的２７个性状的遗传力和遗传变异系数进行了测定，结果表明：抽丝期、抽雄期、穗位高、株高、穗行数、一次分枝数等性状具有较高的遗传力，是早代育种选择中应注意的性状；而出苗期、主轴小穗数遗传力较低。穗粒重、穗重具有较大的遗传变异系数，而出苗期、出籽率遗传变异系数很小，选择的效果不明显。

The heritability and coefficient of hereditary variation were assayed on 27 traits of 201 maize variety resources from Hubei Province. The results indicated that ear sprouting period, tassel period, ear heigth,plant height,kernel rows per ear and the first branch number of tassel showed higher heritability. They were the important traits in early generation selection. However, both seedling stage and spikelet number of tassel had lower heritability. The grain weight per spike and ear weight showed higher coefficient of hereditary variation.Whereas the seedling stage and the rate of grain weight per ear had lower coefficient of hereditary variation. These traits was ineffective for selection.
