摘要
资本和劳动的投入是林业再生产的基本条件，也是林业经济持续增长的主要动力。文中结合我国林业生产实际，运用制度经济学和信息经济学的基本理论，从微观和宏观２个方面深刻剖析了市场经济条件下林业投资严重不足的主要成因，提出了解决我国林业资金瓶颈制约的新思路。
Abstract Inputs of capital and labor
are the basic necessary conditions of forestry reproduction and main power promoting forestry
sustainable growth. According to realistic situation of forestry production in China and applying the
fundamental theory of institution economics and information economics, this paper analyses the
main causes of shortness of forestry input in market economy profoundly and gets the new
solutions of forestry capital restriction.
