摘要
从方法学角度出发，较系统地介绍了五大类氧自由基的检测方法——电子顺磁共振波谱法、化学发光法、化学比色法、分析羟化产物法和气相色谱法的检测对象、方法评价及其在生物学和医学研究中的具体应用，为探讨氧自由基的生物学作用提供了研究方法上的选择。
Fivekindsofmethodsofdetectingoxygenfreeradicals,whichareEPR,chemiluminescence,colorimetry,hydroxylationproductsanalysisandgasspectrometry,wereintroducedinthisarticle.Theobjectsdetected,evaluationandadoptionofthemethodsinbiologicalandmedicalresearchfieldswerediscussed.Thesemethodsprovidedawidechoiceforinvestigatingthebiologicalfunctionofoxygenfreeradicals.
