岩斜区应用解剖及手术入路研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 岩斜区由蝶骨、颞骨和枕骨组成,部位特殊,毗邻重要结构,相关解剖包括岩骨、脑干、第Ⅲ~Ⅻ脑神经、幕下重要血管等。岩斜区手术难度大,手术入路众多,目前,主要采用岩前入路和经岩骨乙状窦前入路。为进一步提高手术疗效,岩斜区解剖和手术入路有待进一步研究。
