蒙药冠心七味片在兔动脉粥样硬化中的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨蒙药冠心七味片在降低血脂、改善血管重构中的作用及其机制。方法 60只健康雄性新西兰白兔随机分为:对照组、高脂组、蒙药高、低剂量组、辛伐他汀组,每组12只。8 w后给予药物干预,各组在4、8、12、16 w末测量血脂。在12 w和16 w末各组分别处死6只兔,取腹主动脉用免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEFG)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2的表达。结果 4 w末,高脂血症形成;12 w末、16 w末,蒙药低、高剂量组和辛伐他汀组血脂均低于高脂组(P<0.05);蒙药高、低剂量组和辛伐他汀组组间比较无差异(P>0.05);蒙药组VEGF和MMP-2灰度值高于高脂组(P<0.05)。结论蒙药冠心七味片具有调节血脂和减缓血管弹性下降的作用,其机制可能与抑制VEGF和MMP-2的表达有关。 Objective To explore the effect of Mongolian medicine Guanxinqiwei tablet reducing blood lipids, improving vascular remodeling and its mechanism. Methods 60 masculinity rabbits were divided into five groups randomly (n = 12) :blank control,hyperlipi- demia, Mongolian medicine high dose, low dose and Simvastatin groups. All rabbits were bred with hyperlipoids animal feeds except blank control group. At the end of 8th weeks rabbits were given drug intervention. At the end of 4th, 8th, 12th and 16th weeks, total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,high -density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were measured. At the end of 12tb and 16th weeks, 6 rabbits were killed in each group and their aorta were removed to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-2. Results At the end of 4th week, hyperlipidemia was formed; at the end of 12th week and 16th week, the Mongolian low, high-dose and simvastatin groups bad a lower lipids than those of hyperlipidemia group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; There was no significant difference among the Mongolian low, high-dose and simvastatin groups(P 〉 0. 05 ). VEGF and MMP-2 gray value of in Mongolian medicine groups were higher than those of hyperlipidemia group. Conclusions Mongolian medicine Guanxinqiwei tablet can regulate blood fat and improve blood vessel elasticity, its mechanism may be related to inhibit the expression of VEGF and MMP-2.
