摘要
采用两种焊接规范对D406A钢进行电子束焊接,并对焊接接头进行930℃油淬+300℃空冷回火的焊后调质处理,借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜对焊接接头显微组织、拉伸断口及相组成进行分析,并对接头进行室温拉伸性能测试和显微硬度测试。结果表明,该合金采用电子束焊,接头正背面成形良好,接头性能与氩弧焊接头性能相当。
electron Beam Welding of D406A steel was carried out with two different welding parameters.And the post-weld heat treatment were conducted at 930 ℃ quenching + 300℃ tempering after welding.The microstructures,fracture and phase structure of welded joint were analyzed through optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The mechanical properties were investigated by tensile test and microhardness measurement.The results show that the joints with good performance and sound appearance can be obtained by means of electron beam welding,which has the equivalent properties to the joint of tungsten inert-gas welding.
