摘要
选择100%CO_2为保护气体,采用不同的焊接电压和焊接电流进行焊接试验。检测不同焊接参数下熔敷金属中Si,Mn,C,S,Cr,Mo的含量,通过元素含量的变化来分析焊接参数对2.25Cr-1Mo耐热钢药芯焊丝熔敷金属化学成分的影响。
The welding experiments were carried out by taking 100% CO_2 gas as shielding gas at different voltage and current.Then,the contents of Si,Mn,C,S,Cr and Mo in weld metal were tested to analyze the effects of welding parameters on the chemical compositions of weld metal deposited with the 2.25Cr-1Mo heat-resistant steel flux-cored wire.
