老年人冠状动脉支架植入术后合并消化道出血的治疗
摘要
患者男性，82岁。因胸闷2个月、黑便5周、头晕4d于2010年10月29日人住我院。患者7周前因反复胸闷1周在外院就诊，心电图、心肌酶谱提示急性下后壁心肌梗死，冠状动脉（冠脉）造影提示3支病变，急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI），植入紫杉醇药物涂层支架3枚。
