神经源性膀胱的治疗现状和进展 被引量:205

摘要 神经源性膀胱(neurogenic bladder)是一类由于神经系统病变导致膀胱和/或尿道功能障碍(即储尿和/或排尿功能障碍),进而产生一系列下尿路症状及并发症的疾病总称。所有可能累及储尿和/或排尿生理调节过程的神经系统病变,都有可能影响膀胱和/或尿道功能,进而成为神经源性膀胱的病因。神经源性膀胱的诊断必须有明确的相关神经系统病史。其治疗是迄今尚未解决的医学难题。
