保守治疗有手术指征的急性硬膜下血肿三例

摘要急性硬膜下血肿（acute subdural hematoma，ASDH）是神经外科重症创伤，部分需要手术治疗。文献报道的ASDH早期自我消散患者虽然数精不多，但并不罕见。增强对这一现象的认识有利于我们更科学地评价患者的病情，避免不必要的手术创伤。
