Establishment of the hemolysin for automatic blood cytoanalyze assay

目的研制全自动血细胞分析仪溶血素并对之进行评价。方法采用随机和不随机选择样本,并对自制溶血素的各项理化指标、相关性、精密度进行测定。结果与进口溶血素相比,理化指标基本吻合。各项指标变异系数<5%。结论自制溶血素在临床应用中可完全替代进口溶血素。

Objective To establish and evaluate an national hemolysin for blood cytoanalyze assay in China.Methods The candidate samples were chosen randomly and non-randomly,and the indicatrix of physics,chemistry,and associativity,and precision of the national hemolysin were measured.Results Compared with the import,physical and chemical indicators of the self-made hemolysin were basically consistent,and the coefficient of variation 5%.Conclusion The self-made hemolysin can totally replace the import one for blood cytoanalyze assay in the clinical application.
