摘要
为了提高基于CCD传感器的高温场非接触测量技术的测量精度和准确性,提出一种高温场软测量混合模型。首先,通过机理分析建立一个含待定参数的机理模型;然后,利用黑体炉标定和在线标定数据,对机理模型中的待定参数进行参数辨识;最后,通过构建烟雾衰减辐射能补偿器,对受烟雾干扰的测温结果进行补偿校正。实验结果表明,模型测温精度和可信度较高,具有较强的实用性。
A hybrid model of high-temperature fields soft sensing was proposed in order to enhance the measurement precision and veracity of high-temperature field contactless measurement based on CCD image sensor.Firstly,a mechanism model with undetermined parameters was established by the mechanism analysis.Then,the parameters were determined by parameter identification using the data obtained in the black-body furnace and industrial locale calibration experiments.Finally,the measured results interfered by the smog noises were corrected by a radiant energy attenuation compensator.The experiments were conducted in the high-temperature furnace and industrial locale respectively.The experimental results show that the system has high precision,reliability and strong usability.
