It＇s a major decision and deploy to Implement technology innovation ＂six one＂ project designed by Provincial party committee and government for the purpose of realizing carry catch and span development,constructing innovative Jiangxi in the overall and strategic height.Under high push of the party committees at all levels of the government,the project has got solid effective propulsion since the implementation.This paper puts forward to highlight the ＂five insist on＂,to better implement technology innovation ＂six one＂ project,and promote economic and social carry catch and span development？
