摘要
机电设备管理外包是业务外包的一种,与IT、人力资源等业务外包相比,具有不同的管理特点,其主要关注设备的资产管理、供应保障与服务水平保证。目前机电设备管理外包在服务业、制造业已广泛应用。论文将主要讨论制造企业机电设备管理外包与招标,包括:机电设备管理外包业务范围、机电设备管理外包模式、外包服务商的评估与选择、招标要求与流程。
The outsourcing of electromechanical equipment management belongs to one category of outsourcings,which has different features in management when comparing to the outsourcing business in IT and HR.It focuses on the assets management,supply ensurance and service guarantee.At present,it has been used widely in service and manufacture industries.This article mainly discusses the topics like the business scope and outsourcing mode of electromechanical equipment management,evaluation and choice of outsourcing facilitators,as well as the requirement and process of tender offering.
