完善我国土地征收补偿制度的对策

Countermeasures of perfecting the land acquisition compensation system in our country

土地是农民赖以生存和发展的基础,失去土地农民将失去生活的基本保障。目前,集体土地被大规模征收,给予公平合理的补偿是保障被征地农民失地后生活的重要途径,但由于我国现行的征地补偿制度存在诸多问题,使得被征地农民未能得到充分的补偿。通过分析我国土地征收补偿制度的现状与缺陷,借鉴国外发达国家土地征收补偿制度,提出完善土地征收补偿的对策。

Land is basic to the survival and development of the farmers and once they lose their land they will lose the basic life safeguard.Currently,large-scale collective land is expropriated.The fair and reasonable compensation is an important way of guaranteeing the life of the lost-land farmers.However,there exist some problems in the present land acquisition compensation system,which makes the lost-land farmers not adequately compensated.By analyzing the status and defects of the land acquisition compensation system in our country and learning from the foreign developed countries＇experience,the countermeasures are put forward to improve our land acquisition compensation system.
