摘要
以饱和Ca(OH)2溶液与亚硫酸反应形成亚硫酸钙的反应过程为研究对象,对该过程进行超声处理,研究超声功率、超声作用时间和超声探头深入反应溶液距离对该反应及所形成的亚硫酸钙晶体形态的影响。结果表明:与磁力搅拌反应相比,应用超声处理可以明显减少溶液中Ca2+和SO32-的残留量,并且超声波的引入影响了所形成的亚硫酸钙晶体的形态和大小。超声功率、超声作用时间和超声探头深入溶液的距离等三个因素都对反应溶液中的Ca2+和SO32-的残留量有影响;与自然反应,磁力搅拌反应所形成的亚硫酸钙晶体相比,超声作用下所形成的亚硫酸钙晶体更细小、更均匀。
In this article,the reaction process of saturated limewater and sulfurous acid is studied as the research object.This reaction process is investigated under ultrasonic treatment.The effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic treatment time and horn immersion depth on the reaction are analyzed.The results show that compared with magnetic stirring,the residuals of Ca2+ and SO32-decrease evidently and the crystal morphology changes with ultrasound treatment.All of the three ultrasound parameters affect the results.And compared with natural reaction and reaction with magnetic stirring,the size of the calcium sulfite crystals obtained by ultrasound treatment is smaller and more uniform.
