血脂、肾功、血清β_2微球蛋白水平与2型糖尿病的关系探讨

Study the Changes of Blood Lipid and the Value Renal Function、β_2-Microglobulin of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂、肾功、血清β2微球蛋白水平的变化,分析它们之间的相关性。方法检测120例2型糖尿病患者的血脂、肾功、血清β2微球蛋白水平,与健康对照组进行比较。结果 2型糖尿病患者血脂、肾功、血清β2微球蛋白水平指标与健康者相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者常伴随血脂、肾功、血清β2微球蛋白水平、的改变,表现为高脂血症和肾功能损害,2型糖尿病患者应重视血脂、肾功、血清β2微球蛋白水平的检测及高脂血症和肾功能损害的纠正治疗。

Objective To study the changes of blood lipid and the value Renal function,β2-Microglobulin（β2-MG） of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were examined and compared with the health group.Results Blood lipid and the value Renal function,β2-Microglobulin（β2-MG） of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were obviously abnormal,higher than those of controls（P0.01）.Conclusion The distinct disorder of blood lipid and he value Renal function,β2-Microglobulin（β2-MG）in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is presented,hyperlipemia and hepatorenal clamage blood syndrome.It is very important to examine the blood lipid and the value Renal function,β2-Microglobulin（β2-MG）and to correct the hyper lipemia and presented,hyperlipemia blood syndrome in time for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
