复方替锌硫霜的研制及疗效观察

Compound for Zinc Sulfur Frost Development and Clinical Observation

目的探讨复方替锌硫霜的制备及临床应用。方法复方替锌硫霜按程序制备,质量控制。将212例患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用复方替锌硫霜,对照组采用新肤螨灵霜,进行临床对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率为97.8%,对照组总有效率为86.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论复方替锌硫霜对痤疮疗效确切,使用方便,无刺激性。

Objicetive To investigate compound preparation for zinc sulfur frost and its clinical application.Methods 212 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group using compound zinc for sulfur frost,the control group adopted new skin frost clinical mite spirit observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group 97.8%,the control group total effective rate is 86.8%,with significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Compound for zinc sulfur frost on acne is effective,convenient,and nonirritating.
