我国行政主体理论的反思

The Reflection on the Subject of Administration Theory of Our Country

行政主体理论对理清行政法律关系、明确行政法律责任具有非常重要的作用。我国现行的行政主体理论有诸多弊端,因此,应当反思该理论并按照行政主体理论的基本内涵来重新架构行政主体理论。

The subject of administration theory is a very important theory,which does great help to clear administrative juridical relation and obligation in administrative law.The Present subject of administration theory of our country has many defects.So we should reflect the theory and reconstruct it according to the real connotation of the subject of administration theory.
