沈钧儒先生是中国近代著名的政治活动家和法学家,在近代司法独立运动中具有重要地位。其人权法律思想的主要内容体现在保护妇女和儿童的财产权和教育权、司法公正、整顿监狱、冤狱赔偿、用法律保障人权等五个方面。沈钧儒的人权法律思想和他生活的时代以及人生经历有着密不可分的联系。

Mr.Shen Junru is a well-known political activists and jurist in modern China.He occupies an important position in modern judicial independence movement.His human rights law thought mainly includes protecting women and children＇s property and education right,achieving judicial justice,rectifying prisons,making compensations for wronged trials,and guaranteeing human rights with law.His human rights law thought was closely related to his life experience and to the time in which he lived.
