摘要
内源性大麻素及其受体在人体内广泛分布，参与到诸多生理和病理生理过程．对萁代谢和功能的研究受到越来越多的重视。对内源性大麻素系统的研究不仅能阐明一些疾病的病理生理机制，还有助于新药研发并为疾病治疗提供新的方向。
Endocannabinoid and cannabinoid receptors are widely distributed in human body, and participated in a great deal of physiological and pathophysiological prosesses. The research of metabolism and functions of endocannabinoid system is more and more popular, not only elucidates the pathophysiological mechanism of some diseases, but also contributes to new drug research and therapy of diseases.
