金属型定向凝固工艺制备Bi_2Te_3基N型赝三元晶体

Preparation of Bi_2Te_3 Based on N-type Pseuo-ternary Materials by Directional Solidification Using Metal Mold

摘要 采用金属型定向凝固工艺制备出Bi2Te3基N型赝三元材料,并与区熔法制备的材料进行比较.发现金属型定向凝固法制备的样品晶粒排列存在明显的取向,在微观结构存在各向异性,晶界多,预示能够在增强材料机械强度的同时提高其热电性能.然而,实验中得到的样品的热电性能并没有得到提高,对其中的原因进行了分析. Bi2Te3 based on N-type Pseuo-ternary materials were prepared by directional solidification using metal mold method.The type of materaials grained is arranged in an obvious orientation.However,the thermoelectricity property of the sample is not enhangced.Its reason is analyzed.
