鸵鸟小肠中IFN-γ的随龄性表达 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)与鸵鸟小肠发育及小肠黏膜免疫的关系,运用免疫组织化学SP法分别对3日龄、3周龄和11月龄鸵鸟小肠中IFN-γ的表达进行研究。结果表明,IFN-γ免疫阳性细胞主要分布于肠上皮间淋巴细胞,在绒毛和肠腺的上皮细胞及杯状细胞内也有阳性产物表达,黏膜固有层的IFN-γ阳性细胞集群分布或沿血管周围密集排布,肌层和肌间存在大量梭形的阳性细胞和串珠状的阳性纤维;IFN-γ阳性产物的相对表达量随着年龄的增长而增加,3日龄和3周龄表达差异不显著(P>0.05),11月龄与3周龄鸵鸟表达差异显著(P<0.05);不同肠段IFN-γ阳性产物的相对表达量均表现为自十二指肠至空肠的递减趋势,其中3日龄、3周龄鸵鸟各段小肠中差异不显著(P>0.05),11月龄鸵鸟空肠中IFN-γ阳性产物的相对表达量较十二指肠显著降低(P<0.05),回肠与空肠相比亦显著降低(P<0.05)。表明IFN-γ通过多种途径参与鸵鸟小肠的发育和黏膜免疫。 To study the distribution rules of IFN-γ in small intestine of ostrich and its effect on mucosal immune,the expression and changes of IFN-γ were detected with immunohistochemical SP method in healthy ostrich's small intestine during 3 days,3 weeks and 11 months in the test.The result manifested that IFN-γ cells were distributed in ostrich's small intestine extensively.In addition,IFN-γ cells were distributed in intestinal villus,glands,muscularis of small intestine.The most of positive cells were distributed among epithelial cells of intestinal villus,the minority of them were distributed in columnar cell,endocrine cell of villus and intestinal gland;There were more IFN-γ cells in intestinal villus.The expression of IFN-γ cell increased with growing.The difference of relative expression between 3 days and 3 weeks ostrich was not onspicuous(P0.05),but between 11 weeks and 3 weeks ostrich was conspicuous(P0.05).The expression of IFN-γ cell in every ostrich's group tended to reduce from duodenum to jejunum.Its expression between 3 days and 3 weeks was not conspicuous(P0.05).During 11 months ostrich,there were less IFN-γ cells in the jejunum than in the duodenum(P0.05)and ileum(P0.05).The study manifested that IFN-γ cells were distributed in every section of ostrich's small intestine extensively,also played an important part in the development and mucosal immunity of small intestine.
