摘要
试验以柿种(D.kakiThunb.)内30个不同的柿栽培种及5种1变种内9份资源为材料,将1 a生枝条经低温处理,通过观察芽组织褐变程度,确定抗寒性强弱;并利用相同材料的叶片低温处理后测定其SOD活性、蛋白质、脯氨酸和MDA含量,利用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对39份柿属资源抗寒性进行了综合评价。结果表明,39份柿资源抗寒性由强到弱排序依次为老鸦柿、夕红、君迁子雌-07、玉环长柿、刀根早生、中华巨柿、台湾正柿、君迁子雌-01、辉县小柿、红富、曹县早四瓣、无核托柿、金枣柿、和平长塘柿青-1、阳朔牛心柿、富阳方柿、槽箕柿、上虞方柿、老鳖盖、地藏柿、秋艳、油陂、美洲柿VM10、御所、小广扁柿、美洲柿VF8、西村早生、册亨水柿、圃杂1号、澄江无核柿、甜宝盖、涉县无核君迁子、和平林寨柿青-3、南靖扁柿、野柿(165-02)、松阳扁柿、吊红、浙江柿(雄)、油柿-01,这一结果与组织褐变观察法得出的抗寒性结果基本一致。
Cold resistance of 30 cultivars of D.kaki Thunb.and 9 accessions of 5 Diospyros species and 1 Diospyros kaki var was evaluated by low temperature treatment with their branches and leaves.The browning degree of shoot buds was observed and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,soluble protein,proline and malonaldehyde(MDA) content of leaves were measured.A comprehensive evaluation on cold resistance for 39 persimmon germplasm resources was given based on principle component analysis and subordinate function value analysis.The results showed that the cold resistance from high to low was: D.rhombifolia hemsl.,Yubeni,D.lotus L.-07,Yuhuanchangshi,Dogenwase,Zhonghuajushi,Taiwanzhengshi,D.lotus L.-01,Huixianxiaoshi,Hongfu,Caoxianzaosiban,Wuhetuoshi,Jinzaoshi,Hepingchangtangshiqing-1,Yangshuoniuxinshi,Fuyangfangshi,Caojishi,Shangyufangshi,Laobiegai,Dizangshi,Qiuyan,Youpo,D.Virginiana.VM10,Gosho,Xiaoguang Bianshi,D.Virginiana.VF8,Nishimurawase,Cehengshuishi,Puza01,Chengjiangwuheshi,Tianbaogai,D.lotus L,Hepinglinzhaishiqing-3,Nanjingbianshi,D.kaki var.(165-02),Songyangbianshi,Diaohong,D.glaucifolia Metc.,D.oleifera Cheng.-01.The cold resistance performance was on the whole the same with the results of the tissue browning method.
