摘要 为了探索化学诱变剂DES和NaN3对莱芜大姜的影响,利用不同浓度的DES、NaN3溶液对莱芜大姜的萌动根茎和幼芽根茎进行了不同时间的浸渍处理,并对VM1代材料进行研究。结果表明,所有处理对莱芜大姜VM1代的生长均具有显著的抑制作用,萌动根茎对诱变剂的敏感性高于幼芽根茎。其中,用0.035mol/L的DES溶液浸渍莱芜大姜的萌动根茎和幼芽根茎30 min,或用0.001 mol/L的NaN3溶液浸渍莱芜大姜的幼芽根茎180 min,其VM1代的株高均比对照降低30%以上,又保持了较高的成活率,是进行生姜化学诱变育种的适宜处理方法。 In order to explore the effect of NaN3 and DES on Laiwu ginger,sprout rhizomes and plumelet rhizomes of Laiwu ginger were dipped with different concentration solutions of DES and NaN3 for different time,and the growth of VM1 generation was investigated.The results showed that all the treatments had significant inhibition effect on growth of Laiwu ginger,which was increased with the concentration increased and the dipping time prolonged.The sprout rhizomes and plumelet rhizomes were dipped with 0.035 mol/L DES for 30 minute,or the sprout rhizomes dipped with 0.001 mol/L NaN3 for 180 minute,their height of the VM1 generation reduced over 30 percent compared with CK.They were suitable for the chemical induced breeding of ginger.
