四叶参多糖对糖尿病小鼠血糖及抗脂质过氧化作用的影响 被引量:7

Effects of polysaccharides extracted from radix codonopsis lanceolatae on blood glucose and antioxidant activity in alloxan-induced diabetic mice

摘要 目的研究四叶参多糖对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖及抗脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法采用尾静脉一次性注射四氧嘧啶60 mg/kg制备糖尿病小鼠模型。40只糖尿病小鼠随机分为4组,即模型对照组,四叶参多糖200、400 mg.kg-1剂量组,二甲双胍250 mg.kg-1对照组。另取10只健康小鼠作为正常对照组。灌胃给药,1次/d,连续14 d。末次给药后1 h,处死小鼠,测定空腹血糖、血清和胰腺组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果四叶参多糖能显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖,提高血清中的SOD活性,降低MDA含量,与模型组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论四叶参多糖有降血糖作用,可能与提高机体抗脂质过氧化作用有关。 Objective:To investigate the effects of polysaccharides extracted from radix codonopsis lanceolatae(PCL) on blood glucose and antioxidant activity in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Methods: The diabetic mouse was induced by tail vein injection of alloxan(60 mg/kg).Forty diabetic mice were randomly divided into four groups: the model group,PCL 200 mg·kg-1·d-1 group,PCL 400 mg·kg-1·d-1 group,and Metformin 250 mg·kg-1·d-1 group.Another 10 normal mice were taken as the control group.The drugs were given ig for two weeks.One hour after the last treatment,the mice were killed,blood and pancreatic gland were separated from the body,and the level of fasting plasma glucose,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content were detected.Results: Compared with the model group,the level of fasting plasma glucose significantly reduced,serum and pancreatic gland SOD activity obviously increased,and MDA content significantly decreased in alloxan-induced diabetic mice treated by PCL.Conclusion: PCL can reduce the level of blood glucose,and increase antioxidant ability in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
