Completely hidden laparoscopic appendectomy scar clinical application

目的探讨完全隐疤痕腹腔镜阑尾切除术的实用性和手术技巧。方法回顾49例应用隐疤痕于耻上阴毛区腹腔镜阑尾切除术病历资料,分析隐疤痕使用技巧,总结腹壁隐疤痕效果。结果全部病例获得手术成功,无戳孔并发症,1周后腹壁无可见疤痕。结论完全隐疤痕腹腔镜阑尾切除术安全、易操作、美容效果佳。

Objective： To explore the application and techniques of fully hidden marks laparoscopic surgery.Methods： The review was done of 49 cases using the implicit scars on the pubic area Shame on the medical records of laparoscopic appendectomy,and the analysis was made using the hidden scar technique and the abdominal wall scar hidden effect was summarized.Results： All cases were successful,and no holes had complications.After 1 week there was no visible abdominal scars.Conclusion： Completely hidden scars of laparoscopic appendectomy is safe,easy to operate and has good cosmetic results.
