应用心肺复苏机不间断胸外心脏按压电除颤的效果

The effect of uninterrupted closed cardiac massage of electrical defibrillation using cardiopulmonary resuscitator

目的探讨应用心肺复苏机不间断胸外心脏按压电除颤的治疗效果。方法在2005年1月~2010年1月,把需要心肺复苏的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,两组均采用心肺复苏机,出现室颤时均行电除颤治疗。治疗组在行电除颤时不间断心肺复苏机的胸外心脏按压功能。比较两组病人心脏复苏的成功率、住院存活率、脑复苏成功率、超敏CRP、CK、CK-MB、肌钙蛋白I、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶等。结果两组病人心脏复苏成功率、住院天数、出院存活率、超敏CRP、CK、CK-MB、肌钙蛋白I、谷丙转氨酶比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,谷草转氨酶P=0.053接近统计学意义。结论应用心肺复苏机不间断胸外心脏按压电除颤的治疗方法可以显著提高病人的心脏复苏的成功率、住院存活率,降低重要脏器的损害程度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of closed cardiac massage of electrical defibrillation using cardiopulmonary resuscitator.Methods： Between January 2005-August 2010,the patients in cardio pulmonary resuscitation were divided into therapy group and control group.Both of the two groups had cardiopulmonary resuscitator.Electrical defibrillation was used when fibrillation ventricular occurrred.The therapy group had uninterrupted closed cardiac massage when electric defibrillation occurred.The achievement ratio of cardiac resuscitation,survival ratio of hospitalization and the achievement ratio of cerebral resuscitation,supersensitivity CRP,CK、CK-MB,Troponin I,ALT and AST were compared.Results： There was significant difference in the achieved ratio of cardiac resuscitation,hospital day,the survival ratio of discharge from hospital,supersensitivity CRP,CK、CK-MB,Troponin I,and ALT（P0.05）.AST was P=0.053,which had statistical significance.Conclusion： Uninterrupted closed cardiac massage of electrical defibrillation using cardiopulmonary resuscitator can improve the achievement ratio of cardiac resuscitation,survival ratio of hospitalization and reduce the impairment of significant organs.
