纤维毡碳基V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂脱除NO的性能 被引量:2

Performance of Fiber Felty V_2O_5/TiO_2/Carbon Catalyst for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO

摘要 在超声波作用下将TiO2涂膜在活性炭纤维毡上,通过负载V2O5制备了纤维毡碳基V2O5/TiO2催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征,考察V2O5和TiO2负载量对催化剂脱除NO性能的影响。结果表明,纤维毡碳骨架的支撑可提高催化剂的低温活性,其中TiO2负载量对催化剂脱除NO的影响较V2O5小,而随着V2O5负载量的增加,催化剂的活性增大。当TiO2涂膜质量分数为2%,V2O5负载量9%,在反应温度280℃和空速为5 000 h-1的条件下,NO去除率为84.26%。 The fiber felty V2O5/TiO2/carbon catalyst was prepared by supporting V2O5 on TiO2 film coated with activated carbon fiber felt(ACF) under ultrasonic irradiation and was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of V2O5 and TiO2 loading on selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO were investigated.The results showed that compared with powdered V2O5/TiO2,fiber felty V2O5/TiO2/carbon-based catalyst exhibited better low temperature activity due to ACF skeleton,and TiO2 loading had no significant effect on SCR activity while SCR activity increased with the increase of V2O5 loading.Conversion of NO reached 84.26% under the conditions of TiO2 loaded 2%,V2O5 loaded 9%,reaction temperature 280 ℃ and gas hourly space velocity 5 000 h-1.
