摘要
以花生壳为原料,AlCl3为催化剂,在近临界水中,考察了反应温度,反应时间和AlCl3浓度对还原性糖收率的影响,并建立花生壳水解反应动力学方程。结果表明,当反应温度为493 K,AlCl3的质量分数为0.02%,反应180 s,还原性糖的收率达到最大值40.4%。花生壳在近临界水中水解为一级反应,花生壳水解与还原性糖降解的活化能分别为54.03和22.44 kJ/mol,指前因子分别为2.89×103和1.26 s-1。
The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and concentration of AlCl3 on hydrolysis of peanut shell using AlCl3 as catalyst in subcritical water were investigated and the kinetics of hydrolysis of peanut shell was built up.The results showed that the yield of reducing sugar reached 40.4% under the conditions of 493 K,mass fraction of AlCl3 0.02% and reaction time 180 s.The hydrolysis of peanuts shell in subcritical water was first-order reaction,and the activation energies of the hydrolysis and the degradation of the reducing sugar were 54.03 and 22.44 kJ/mol,respectively,and the pre-exponential factors were 2.89×103 and 1.26 s-1,respectively.
