中国历史文化村镇保护体系研究述评

Study on the System of Protecting Historical and Cultural Villages in China

通过对近十几年来中国历史文化村镇研究的相关文献、著作及国家和地方相关法规的研究分析,认为中国历史文化村镇研究在短时间内取得了十分可喜的成绩,完整的保护体系正在形成。该体系包括保护理论意识体系、资源调查与动态监管体系、技术支撑和服务体系、法规体系。最后针对各体系研究中取得的成就和存在的不足进行了评述。

With studying of China’s historical cultural towns villages related thesis,publications,national and local laws and regulations during the past 10 years,this article concluded that the study of China’s historical cultural towns villages had achieved very encouraging results and a integrated protection system was taking shape.This system includes theoretical awareness system,resource investigating and dynamic monitoring system,technical support and service system,laws and regulations system.Finally,the achievements and shortcomings in the study of various systems had been reviewed.
