摘要 基于Labview测试系统的软硬件选择与设计,在此基础上利用了Labview的高级信号处理工具箱中的小波包信号分解的模块,分别对发动机怠速900 r/min及中速2 000 r/min的正常及故障振动信号实现了小波包分解。通过实际测量和分析,验证了该方法的可行性,并得到初步规律。 The software design and hardware choice of testing system were completed based on Labview,wavelet decomposition of models in advanced signal process toolbox of Labview was adopted to have decomposed the failure and normal vibration signals of engine under idle 900 r/min and middle speed 2 000 r/min.feasibility of this method is verified with the actual measurement and analysis,with preliminary rule obtained.
