摘要
采用生长速率法测定7种生物源杀菌剂对甘薯蔓割病菌的室内抑菌毒力。测定结果表明,供试药剂之间抑菌效果差异明显,其中四霉素的EC50最小,为326.240mg/L,抑菌效果最为显著,对甘薯蔓割病菌的敏感性也最高。
The toxicities of seven natural fungicides to sweet potato fusarium wilt [Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht.f.sp.Batatas(Wollenw.) Snyd. Hans.] weretested by the mycelium growth rate methods in the laboratory.The results showed that the antibacterial effects between the seven natural fungicides were significantly different,the tetramycin has the best antibacterial effects to the hypha of F.oxysporum,and its EC50 value was 326.240 mg/L.
