摘要
通过劳动力价值理论、人力资本投资理论以及社会学理论,对当今大学生就业薪酬的现状进行了分析,阐述了在大学生就业市场建立最低工资保障的必要性。
This article analyzes the condition of college graduates' employment salary based on labor value theory,the theory of human capital investment theory and sociology theory.Therefore,it is imperative to establish college graduates' employment minimum-wage system in graduate employment market.
