摘要
本文采用调查和听课两种方式对师范生教育实习连续三年调研.旨在阐述当前师范生教师职业技能的缺失,试图以问题为出发点研究各种对策,以期提高师范生教师职业技能.
This article makes use of survey and attending class to get the information of the students' three-year teaching practice.The aim is to relate the lack of capacity of today's normal college students,trying to improve their professional skills through questions.
