摘要
PASSIM机组接装机供胶系统采用循环式供胶,由于胶液多次循环使用,导致胶液质量下降,极易造成烟支接装质量不好或滤嘴掉落等质量缺陷。通过将供胶系统改为双泵供胶,变胶液多次循环为单次循环,消除了质量缺陷,提高了产品质量。
The circular glue supply is used in the glue supply system of PASSIM unit connected and installed machines.Glue is recycled for many times resulting in lower quality.Some defects are caused such as poor cigarettes connect quality and filter drop etc.Product quality can be improved and quality defects can be eliminated when double-pump is used in the glue supply system and glue cycles are changed from many times to single.
