高职毕业生就业价值取向与实际就业情况的对比分析——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

Analysis of the Vocational School Graduates' Tendency of Employment Values and Employment Conditions——Take the case of Guangdong Industry Technical College

在对某高职08、09、10届毕业生进行就业价值观念调查及就业情况调查的基础上,考察三年来高职毕业生选择就业目的地、用人单位的情况;对月薪期望、信息渠道利用和岗位认知等情况进行分析,期望在高校加大就业指引的同时,国家的产业结构调整能从根本上解决大学生就业问题。

Based on the employment values survey and the employment conditions survey of the graduates of 2008,2009 and 2010,this essay observed the graduates＇ selections of employment destinations and employer＇s circumstances,analyzed the anticipated salary,information receiving channels and vocational cognition.Adjustment in Industrial Structure of our country is expected to solve the employment problem basically while colleges and universities strengthen the employment services and guidance.
