响应曲面法优化桑黄胞内多糖提取工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应曲面法对桑黄多糖提取工艺参数进行优化研究。响应曲面分析结果表明:提取温度、提取时间及水料比与响应值桑黄多糖得率存在显著的相关性。通过典型性分析得到优化桑黄多糖提取条件:提取温度为97.76℃,提取时间为2.62 h,水料比为32.3∶1,在此条件下桑黄多糖得率理论值达到12.35%,验证试验条件下实际最大桑黄多糖得率为(12.05±0.3)%,与理论值相差0.3%。 In this work,based on the results of one-factor-at-a-time-technique method,a three-level Box-Behnken factorial design was employed combining with response surface methodology(RSM) to optimize the extraction conditions for the yield of Phellinus igniarius polysaccharides(PIPS).A mathematical model was then developed to show the significant effect of each factor and their interactions on the yield of PIPS.Canonical analysis estimated that a maximal yield of polysaccharides(12.35%) could be obtained when the extraction conditions of temperature,time and ratio of water to material were set at 97.76 ℃,2.62 h and 32.3∶1,respectively.These predicted values were also verified by validation experiments.
