摘要 21世纪初,中国房地产行业的迅猛发展,使得其后继环节关联行业——物管行业规模随之急速膨胀,物管行业的人力资源开发与管理模式对行业发展的瓶颈效应迅速凸现。打破瓶颈,深入研究并探索与物管行业相匹配的人力资源开发与管理模式是房地产物业在新时期的重要内容。本文应用运筹学基本原理对此瓶颈问题进行了研究,并以行业知名企业的实证案例对研究结果进行了测试,实践证明研究结果具有一定的运用价值。 At the beginning of 21 century, the development of real estate industry in china has been raised very sharp. As a connect industry followed real estate industry, estate management industry has expended it’s extend rapidly .Human resources exploit and management method has restricted the development of property management industry. During the new period, how to break the bottleneck, and research the useful human resources exploit and management method deeply has been the important content of real estate and property management industry. The article has researched the bottleneck problem of property management industry in theory of operational research. Achievement of the research has been inspected and verified by the case of famous enterprise. The practice has proved the value of the achievement when it put to use.
