摘要
随着创业教育的深入开展,各高校纷纷在校内建设了大学生创业园等大学生校内创业市场。但在创业实践中,实现自我价值的检验标准往往是以创业所得来衡量,这就导致了大学生校内创业市场中的卖方极易利用买卖关系的信息不对称而开展恶性竞争,继而导致市场效率低下,直至创业市场被迫关闭。建立健全大学生校内创业市场制度,引导学生正确对待校内创业,实行交易信息公开,有助于达到规范市场交易行为、减轻逆向选择和道德风险影响的目的。
In recent years, many universities have built their in-school university students' business initiation market. Driven by the profit evaluation in business initiation, however, the student sellers are most likely to take advantage of the information asymmetry on in-school market, which leads to vicious competition and in turn the low market efficiency and even the shut-down of the market. Some suggestions are made in this paper to change this situation.
