摘要
采用大气等离子喷涂方法,在不同喷涂功率和喷涂距离下制备氧化铝涂层,研究了喷涂工艺参数变化对涂层显微结构、气孔率以及介电常数的影响。用SprayWatch 2I热喷涂在线监测系统测量等离子体射流中熔融氧化铝粉末的表面温度和飞行速度;用扫描电镜观察涂层的显微结构;对涂层剖面照片用莱卡QWIN图像软件分析计算了涂层的气孔率;用精密阻抗分析仪测量计算氧化铝涂层的介电常数。结果表明,喷涂功率和喷涂距离的改变可影响氧化铝涂层的气孔率。合适的功率和喷涂距离能使粉末获得良好的熔融和较快的飞行速度,形成致密的涂层。较致密的氧化铝涂层介电常数亦较大。
Al2O3 coatings were deposited via atmospheric plasma spraying (APS), and their microstructure, porosity and dielectric property were investigated. The results obtained show that spray power and spray distance have influence on coating's porosity. Appropriate spray power and spray distance can provide powder good melting condition and adequate flying speed, and obtain dense coating. Higher dielectric constant can be achieved for the denser Al2O3 coating.
