热镀锌沉没辊轴套用PTA涂层耐蚀性的研究

摘要 在CoCrMo系合金、CoCrW系合金、铁基合金和镍基合金中添加硼化物、碳化物,采用等离子喷焊(PTA)的方法,在热镀锌沉没辊轴套上制备多种涂层。研究结果表明,在CoCrMo系合金中添加CrB2MoB的涂层,焊道成型性良好;涂层表面与锌液基本不浸润,腐蚀面平滑,耐蚀性最佳。 Multiform coatings used for hot-dip galvanized sink rolls bushing are produced by PTA. Carbides and borides are added into CoCrMo-based alloy、CoCrW-based alloy、iron-based alloy and Ni-based alloy. The results show that good bead compactibility is obtained after CrB2MoB is added into CoCrMo-based alloy. And this coating with smooth corrosion surface and infiltrating to molten zinc has better corrosion resisting property than others.
