对开展农类高职院校职业指导工作的几点思考

目前，我国许多农类高职院校的毕业生就业难、创业难。但同时社会主义新农村建设又十分欠缺各种人才，特别是农类人才。本文将通过分析农类高职院校职业指导现状及社会主义新农村建设的部分现状，提出对农类高职院校职业指导工作的几点思考。

At present, college graduates from agricultural college are difficult to find good jobs, but at the same time society needs lots of job doers, especially in agriculture. This paper analyzes current status, both on college and society, to meet the needs of graduates for seeking jobs.
