摘要
为了探讨早春气温对核桃室外芽苗砧嫁接成活率的影响,我们用了覆盖地膜和再次拱棚的方式,可有效提高嫁接苗愈合环境温度4℃以上。嫁接苗成活率74%,高的可达86%。用一年生枝条嫁接比用两年生枝条提高成活率52%。芽苗砧嫁接比传统的嫁接方式有明显的优越性。
In order to examine the impact of early spring temperatures on survival rate of the nurse-seed-grafted seedling of walnuts outdoors,the grafted seedlings were firstly covered with plastic film and then with a tunnel greenhouse build over them.As the result,temperatures increased more than 4℃,with graft survival rate of 74%-86%.Survival rate of the grafted seedlings with scions produced from one-year-old branches are 52% higher than that from two-year-old braches.Nurse seed grafting method is obviously more advantageous than conventional techniques.
