星座图聚类分析法在青海冬果种质资源分类上的应用

Classification of DONGGUO germplasm in Qinghai with constellation diagram clustering analysis

为了摸清青海栽培冬果的种质资源状况,根据果树育种理论与实践,用星座图对青海省冬果18个冬果种质资源的19个数量性状进行了聚类分析。在种质资源调查的基础上,确定各性状指标的合理权重,最终按星座图聚类分析法把冬果种质资源分为3个类群。

In order to find the resources classification status of cultivated DONGGUO in Qinghai,we analyzed their clustering results with 19 quantitative indicators of 18 cultivated varieties.After giving weights for different trait indicator,three groups are distinguished with constellation diagram clustering analysis.It provides the scientific basis for the reasonable developing of cultivated DONGGUO in Qinghai.
