摘要
基于高校人事制度改革,针对岗位设置与管理,从建立和完善工作业绩考核评价机制、收入分配激励机制和干部选拔、任用、流动机制三方面,提出了双向选择、目标责任、动态交流、以岗定薪、任期目标责任等项改革思路。
Based on the universities′ personnel system reform,aiming at the post setting-up and management,and concerning the three systems of the performance evaluation,The income incentive and the cadres selection,appointment and exchange.The thesis brings up the new ideas on two-way selection,target oriented responsibility,dynamic exchange,and salary setting by post and term target responsibility.
