机械工程因材施教基本模式研究与应用

Application and study on the individualized quality education in mechanical engineering

在研究因材施教的基本概念和基本模式的基础上,探讨了因材施教模式在机械工程大类人才培养方面的应用。以青海大学机械系"机械工程因材施教示范班"为例,说明因材施教模式效果显著。

Based on the study on the basic concept and mode of the individualised quality education,the application of the individecalised quality education to the mechanical engineering talent education is investigated in this paper.One mechanical class in Qinghai University adopts the mode of individualized quality education and this mode shows that it is effeceual for culturing the qualified talents in mechanical engineering.
