本文对金土工程探矿权管理信息系统升级改造中所遇到的区域重叠检查问题进行了分析,重点介绍了目前系统中所采用的不依赖于GIS平台、"栅格矩阵"和"矢量运算"相结合的重叠检查方法的基本思路及实现实例,同时对特定环境下,解决国土资源信息化具体问题的方法进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes the problems of region overlap check in Mining Rights Management Information System upgrading which is a part of the Golden Land Projects.The paper is mainly focus on the solutions and practical cases of the checking methods under combination of＂Grid Matrix＂and＂Vector Expression＂,which is also of independent on GIS.Meanwhile,the author discussed the solutions on the specific informative problems under certain situations.
