摘要
采用落球法对3种保水剂胶体溶液的运动粘度进行了测定研究,分析了保水剂粒度对粘度的影响,进行了玉米种子在不同粒度保水剂胶体溶液中悬浮的验证试验。结果表明:保水剂胶体溶液的运动粘度随着浓度的提高及粒度的增大而增大,保水剂颗粒吸水后的体积接近种子浸泡后体积且颗粒均匀,有利于种子悬浮;0.2%浓度以上的保水剂溶液流动性较差,不利于播种,配制播种胶体溶液时浓度应低于0.2%。
The kinetic viscosities of different concentration suspensions of three types of super absorbent polymer(SAP) gel were tested with falling ball method.The effect of particle size of SAP on viscosity of the gel was analyzed and experiments of the corn seeds suspending in the SAP gel were carried out.The results showed that the kinetic viscosity increased with concentration and particle size.The seeds were easier to suspend when the particle sizes of SAP in water were more uniform and closer to the size of pre-geminated seeds.The concentration of SAP gel could be lower than 0.2%,as the fluidity of the SAP suspensions was poor when it was over 0.2% and it was not suiltable for sowing.
